Alyeska Adventures Bed & Breakfast is situated on the corner of Cortina Road and Alpine Meadows Avenure up valley of the Alyeska Highway after it turns toward the Alyeska Resort and are staring at the mountain. Conveniently located between the Girdwood town center and Alyeska Resort, it is about a 10 minute walk to the chairlifts, post office, local restaurants and shopping. Not to mention, just a hop, skip and jump away from some of the best trails leading through America's Northernmost temperate rainforest, the dogsledding loop, Heliskiing Base, and our Rainforest Canopy Adventure / Zipline!

Beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from all of our guest rooms which is why we have named them after various Alaskan Mountain ranges; Chugach, Wrangell, Brooks, Kenai, Talkeetna and Alaska. After taking in sights you thought only your imagination could conger up, slip into bed and enjoy some sweet dreams. Each room is equipped with television and DSL in case you need to stay in touch with business associates or loved ones.

Jumpstart your day with an energy packed breakfast to conquer the great unknown. A hot breakfast with Alaskan flair is the norm, unless other arrangements are made. Ever tried reindeer sausage? How about muffins made with fresh wild berries or salmon quiche?

The living room is a comfortable place to socialize with other guests or to spend quiet time with a good book or newspaper we provide. There is also a small yet diverse book and video library at your disposal. Directly outside the living room, through the French doors, soak up some of Alaska's long daylight and take in views of Ragged Top Mountain from our huge deck.

The tearoom shown here is the perfect little niche! Used as our auxiliary "Alaska Room" is on the top floor and separated from other living spaces with Japanese paper "Shoji" screens (doors). This room can be utilized for sleeping if members of your family are also in the Chugach or Wrangell Rooms due to bath/shower constraints. It is located on the third story, with mature evergreens outside, you can watch the squirrels and a large array of Alaskan birds, including the wiley magpies. A fabulous view of Mt. Alyeska and the Alyeska Tramway can also be seen from here. The absolute ultimate experience is viewing the northern lights; this is by far, the best star gazing spot around!
