Getting Here
Get lost in Girdwood on purpose! In addition to killer skiing in the winter, this funky little mountain town is the epicenter of summer adventure. Girdwood is the gateway to the Kenai Peninsula and Prince William Sound, just 38 miles south of Anchorage down the Seward Highway — one of the most beautiful drives you'll ever take. As you travel along the Turnagain Arm, keep a lookout for the bore tide, dall sheep, beluga whales, bald eagles and other natural wonders.

From Anchorage, Wasilla, Fairbanks, and all points North
Travel South down the Seward Highway until you reach signs for Girdwood (about 38 miles south of Anchorage). At the Tesoro gas station, turn left onto Alyeska Highway. Travel down the Alyeska Highway for about 3 miles, passing the New Girdwood Town Center and driving over Glacier Creek Bridge. Turn left onto Alpine Meadows Avenue (second street past the bridge). Then turn left onto Cortina Road (second left), and we are the first house on the right.
From Whittier, Seward, Kenai, Homer, and all points South
