Private Vacation Rental, Room Descriptions and Rates

During the off season or by special arrangement, you can rent the Alyeska Adventures property as a private unit. You might be on a honeymoon, working holiday or throwing a corporate event or otherwise need your own space. Please just let us know what you are after!

All Room Descriptions:

The Chugach Room:

Located on the third story of the house, the well appointed Chugach Room offers the most stunning views of the surrounding mountains. A door leads out onto your private yodeling balcony allowing you to take in that fresh mountain air and ample opportunities to view the surrounding landscape. The room has a private attached bathroom is complete with a 2-person steam-room and custom-made antique vanity, and is TV, VCR and DSL equipped. Loose yourself in comfort in the king size bed! This room also has ample space set up an additional twin (single) bed. Maximum occupancy of this room by itself: 3.

The Wrangell Room

Located on the second story of the house, the Wrangell Room provides beautiful views of the Chugach Mountains. A private access door leads out to the deck for sunset refreshments and even more sight-seeing, like the moose and bear that nearby Northern lights appearing overhe3ad! An attached private bathroom complete with shower and imported Japanese yellow cedar soaking tub provide the ultimate pampering experience. Large enough for two, this is the perfect way to unwind with your partner after a long day of hiking or skiing. The natural wood smells incredible and leaves your skin feeling nice. The Kenai Room

Our Kenai Room is a quiet, well appointed room on the second floor with king size bed and private 2-person jetted Jacuzzi tub. Located in a separate area on the on the second story of the house, the Kenai Room provides beautiful up-valley glacier and Alyeska views. The room is equipped with TV, VCR and DSL. The Kenai Room has an attached living area/lounge. Maximum capacity this room: 2 persons.

The Brooks Room

Step through glass French doors on our garden level and the Brooks Room awaits you. Located on the ground floor and positioned in the corner of the house, the Brooks room provides views to the North and the Mt. Alyeska resort and Ski Area from its two walls of windows. Fireworks when displayed over the Resort can be seen unobstructed from this room. The double bed is fitted with ultra-comfortable linens, and has TV, VCR and DSL. This room also has space to set up an additional single bed if necessary, andcan have a private bathroom or share a bathroom with the Talkeetna Room. Maximum occupancy of this room by itself: 3

The Talkeetna Room

The Talkeetna Room on our garden level shares a bath with The Brooks Room. Sleeps only 2 persons. Room is TV, VCR and DSL equipped, and shares a bathroom with the Brooks Room under most circumstances. Maximum occupancy of this room by itself: 2 persons.

The Alaska Room

Our Auxiliary "Alaska" bedroom is on the top floor and separated from other living spaces with Japanese paper "Shoji" screens (doors), which by nature are neither high security nor high-privacy - they're made of paper and wooden lattice work! Windows on 3 sides face Alyeska. This room can only be rented if members of your family are also in the Chugach or Wrangell Rooms due to bath/shower constraints! Maximum occupancy of this room by itself: 3 persons in 3 twin* (single) beds.

*the twin beds in the Alaska Room are imported single person futons on extremely firm tatami mat alternative “box springs”.

"Alpine" entertainment area

Is your small group its own "party waiting to happen," or otherwise of a size requiring multiple rooms? Kick off your shoes on our heated hardwood and make yourself at home. Base out this executive accommodations for your wedding or corporate retreat, but expect a party charge if you invite your whole company over for cocktails or the reception. The south facing deck alone is over 7oo square feet. This area is adjacent to the 3F Chugach, 3F Alaska, and 2F WrangellRooms. Catering can be arranged by special request.

"Boreal" living area/lounge

Need intamacy? Are you a couple or business person needing your own space? Wake up looking at glaciers out your bedroom window, and have breakfast with a view of Alaska Resort. This area is adjacent to the 2F Kenai Room. Summer morning sun in the living area is outstanding. In winter the night skiing lights and holiday and event fireworks light up the sky. Rejuvenate here by night and tackle your day.

"Rainforest" get away

Need to keep the kids contained? Separeted from other living areas, this area of the house has the basics, and is attached to the Kenai and Talkeetna Rooms.
