Alyeska Adventures is located in beautiful Girdwood, Alaska, just 38 miles south of Anchorage. Nestled in the heart of the Chugach mountain range, we provide comfortable accommodations in our Bed and Breakfast, as well as adventure activities including jet boating, fishing, paragliding and Rainforest Canopy Tours. Our B&B is a great place to unwind after an adventurous day in the Last Frontier, and is an even better place to jump-start your morning with a hearty breakfast.

We can help you enjoy Alaska through a number of adventure activities that we offer in-house or that are provided by other local operators we know and reccomend. How about jet boating the Twenty-Mile River looking for wildlife? In addition to our scenic tour, we also provide full service fishing charter services and can grill up your fresh caught salmon back at the B&B, if you catch one! Or, for the ultimate adrenaline rush, fly 2,000 feet above the ground in a tandem paraglider! Our latest endeavor is an elevated rainforest canopy adventure! You should try it!

All In A Name

Alyeska (pronounced Alley-Eska) is derived from the Aleut word meaning "great land of white to the east." The State name "Alaska" is also a derivative of this native word. Adventure is defined by Webster's Dictionary as "an exciting or noteworthy event that one experiences firsthand."
